4. What Happens When You Submit (TCPA Consent)

By completing our case evaluation quiz and clicking "Submit," you provide your prior express written consent to be contacted by MyLegalDirect, Imperium Law Cases, Client Network Ltd, and/or one or more participating attorneys or their representatives at the phone number and email address you provided. You agree that contact may be made by telephone (including via autodialler or prerecorded/artificial voice), SMS/text message, or email.

You understand and agree that:

• Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• You are under no obligation to retain, hire, or enter into any agreement with any attorney who contacts you. You are free to decline representation at any point.
• Submitting your information does not create an attorney-client relationship until you and an attorney independently agree to one.
• We may receive a commission from a participating attorney or law firm if you choose to engage their services. This does not affect the cost of your legal representation.
• You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, clicking "unsubscribe" in any email, or contacting us at [email protected].

5. How We Share Your Information

Participating attorneys: Your name, phone number, email, location, and legal matter details are shared with one or more independent attorneys in our network who may be able to assist with your case type in your area. We may receive compensation from attorneys who receive your inquiry.

Service providers: We use third-party providers for website hosting, analytics (Google Analytics), advertising (Meta Pixel, Google Ads), CRM systems, and communication platforms.

Advertising partners: We may share hashed identifiers (email, phone, device ID) with advertising platforms to deliver targeted ads, measure performance, and optimise campaigns.

Legal and compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
